# Directions:

- Combine chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, until browned completely, approximately 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat if desired.
- Sprinkle the prepared spice blend evenly over the cooked beef. Stir continuously to ensure the meat is thoroughly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Pour tomato sauce and 1/4 cup water into the skillet. Stir well and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 4–5 minutes until the sauce thickens and flavors meld. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Heat tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds per side or microwave wrapped in damp paper towels for 20–30 seconds until pliable and warm.
- Spoon the seasoned beef into warm tortillas. Top with lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, red onion, cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream. Serve immediately with fresh lime wedges.
