05 - 1-2 teaspoons agave syrup or simple syrup, to taste

# Directions:

01 - Combine the drained lychees, lychee syrup, coconut milk, lime juice, and agave syrup (if using) in a blender. Blend until completely smooth and frothy.
02 - Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes, ensuring there's enough room for the blended mixture.
03 - Pour the blended lychee-coconut mixture evenly over the ice in both glasses.
04 - Decorate each glass with extra lychee fruit, lime slices, and fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately while chilled.
