# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The combination of mozzarella and sharp cheddar creates that perfect cheese pull everyone fights over
  • These freeze beautifully before baking so you can always have game day ready in your freezer
  • The beef pepperoni brings a heartier, more robust flavor that stands up to all that melted cheese
02 -
  • The most common mistake is overfilling the dough, which leads to blowouts during baking. Less filling means these actually stay rolled and look as good as they taste.
  • Let them cool for at least 5 minutes before serving, or the cheese will be molten lava hot. No one enjoys burning their mouth on the first bite.
03 -
  • Use unflavored dental floss to slice the log perfectly without squishing the rolls
  • Rotate the baking sheet halfway through baking for even browning
