# What you'll need:

05 - 1½ cups fresh blueberries
06 - 1 tablespoon sugar or honey (optional, to sweeten)

→ Granola

07 - 1½ cups granola (store-bought or homemade)

→ Garnish (optional)

08 - Fresh mint leaves
09 - Extra lemon zest

# Directions:

01 - In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth and creamy.
02 - If desired, toss blueberries with sugar or honey to lightly sweeten.
03 - In 4 glasses or jars, layer 2 tablespoons of granola, followed by a layer of lemon yogurt, then a layer of blueberries. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with granola and blueberries on top.
04 - Garnish with fresh mint and a sprinkle of lemon zest if desired. Serve immediately.
