- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh coconut meat or unsweetened shredded coconut

→ Liquids

- 1 cup coconut water

- Top with chopped strawberries and pour in strawberry or cranberry juice to fill each compartment to the top. Freeze for an additional 2 hours or until completely solid.
- Remove fully frozen ice cubes from the tray. Add to lemonade, sparkling water, or cocktails for a colorful festive presentation.
