Strawberry Coconut Cooler (Printable version)

A chilled blend of strawberries, coconut milk, lime and mint for a creamy, fruity summer cooler.

# What you'll need:

→ Fruit

01 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
02 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

→ Liquids

03 - 1 cup chilled coconut milk
04 - 1/2 cup chilled coconut water
05 - 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey (optional)

→ Ice & Garnish

06 - 1 cup ice cubes
07 - Strawberry slices, for garnish
08 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Add strawberries, lime juice, coconut milk, coconut water, and agave syrup or honey to a blender.
02 - Blend mixture on high speed until completely smooth and homogenous.
03 - Add ice cubes and continue blending until the drink is frothy and the ice is thoroughly crushed.
04 - Taste the cooler and adjust sweetness as desired with additional agave syrup or honey if needed.
05 - Pour the mixture into chilled serving glasses.
06 - Garnish each glass with fresh strawberry slices and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
