Sweet Chili Chicken Wraps (Printable version)

# What you'll need:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 12 ounces)
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - ½ teaspoon salt
04 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
05 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder

→ Vegetables

06 - 1 cup shredded lettuce
07 - 1 medium carrot, julienned
08 - ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
09 - 4 green onions, thinly sliced
10 - ½ cucumber, sliced into thin strips

→ Sauce

11 - ⅓ cup sweet chili sauce
12 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
13 - 1 teaspoon lime juice

→ Wraps

14 - 4 large flour tortillas

# Directions:

01 - Slice chicken breasts into thin strips against the grain for even cooking.
02 - Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken strips and cook 5–7 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
03 - Whisk together sweet chili sauce, mayonnaise, and lime juice in small bowl until smooth and fully combined.
04 - Heat tortillas in dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds until pliable and easy to fold.
05 - Spread sauce over center of each tortilla. Layer with lettuce, carrot, bell pepper, green onions, cucumber, and cooked chicken.
06 - Fold in sides of tortilla and roll tightly from bottom to secure filling. Cut diagonally in half and serve immediately.
