05 - Top each portion of chicken with shredded lettuce, julienned carrot, sliced red bell pepper, spring onions, and julienned cucumber. Arrange in an even layer down the center of each tortilla.
06 - Sprinkle fresh cilantro leaves over the vegetables. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the filling to taste just before rolling.
07 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly from bottom to top to enclose the filling. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
