# What you'll need:

01 - 1.1 lbs ground turkey
02 - 1 small onion, finely chopped

10 - 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
11 - 1/4 cup orange juice
12 - 2 tbsp brown sugar
13 - 1/2 tsp orange zest
14 - Pinch of salt

→ Assembly

15 - 4 burger buns, toasted
16 - 4 lettuce leaves
17 - 4 tomato slices
18 - 4 red onion slices

# Directions:

01 - Combine cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, orange zest, and salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cranberries burst and sauce thickens. Remove from heat and let cool.
02 - Combine ground turkey, onion, garlic, parsley, Dijon mustard, thyme, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix until just combined. Shape into 4 equal patties.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
04 - Place a lettuce leaf on each toasted bun bottom. Add a turkey patty, a slice of tomato, and a spoonful of cranberry sauce. Top with red onion and the bun top.
05 - Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
