# What you'll need:

01 - 8 cups seedless watermelon, cubed

02 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar

# Directions:

06 - Continue stirring every 30 minutes for approximately 3 hours until sorbet becomes scoopable and fluffy
07 - Serve immediately or store longer for firmer texture. Let stand at room temperature several minutes before scooping if very hard
